QardioCore

Ordering the Qardio Core was easy and it arrived in a short period. It was easy to set up and is working as advertised.

After 1 week of using my QardioCore I noticed I was developing pressure areas on my breasts from the hard material it's made from. Connecting it to my device and setting it up was easy, and the readings were comprehensive and impressive. However, after having the device for 2-3 weeks, I opted to return it in order to get my money back. Staff were very helpful when it came to me requesting a return, which I did only due to the hard design. If it was made from something like silicone or was more pliable material not capable of causing pressure injuries, I would buy it again.

I’ve owned this unit for about a month. It was not easy to purchase as Qardio were out of stock in my country for over some time, and I eventually ordered from overseas. Onto the product… For a while I’ve had a possible arrhythmia which is too infrequent to be picked up by a Holter monitor. However with the QardioCore, I’ve managed to capture it a few times, providing my cardiologist with valuable information. For those looking to use the unit for general health, it provides an impressive range of data. I’ve experienced two main issues with the unit: firstly the connection can drop out for no reason. Granted, this may be an iOS issue, but it’s not unusual to check the app and find it disconnected. Secondly, the unit can be highly sensitive to movement. For those seeking to use this in conjunction with vigorous exercise, I’m not sure how reliable the trace will be. Nevertheless, this was a great purchase and I’m sure future iterations will improve functionality.

The device is as described with the exception of the ease of maintaining an uninterrupted signal owing to the slightest physical movement causing irregularities in the mapping.
